1. Why We Built Axiean
Strategic execution is the hardest part of running any organization. While the methodology of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) is fundamentally simple, the software ecosystem built around it has become increasingly complex.
We built Axiean because we needed a clean, fast, and intentional tool to manage our own goals without the cognitive overload of enterprise software. We stripped away the noise and focused entirely on alignment and execution.
2. The Problem with Modern SaaS Pricing
Modern B2B software is often priced aggressively. Essential management tools are gated behind arbitrary seat limits, forced "enterprise" tiers, or hidden fees. This model punishes growing teams and discourages transparency across an organization.
If goal alignment is critical to a team's success, the tool facilitating that alignment should not be a luxury item.
3. Why Core Features Will Stay Free
We are committing to a "Free Forever" promise for the core OKR AI platform. This means that creating objectives, tracking key results, participating in check-ins, and utilizing the organizational alignment views will remain accessible without cost.
There is no hidden catch. We will not suddenly pull the rug out from under teams that rely on us. Our priority is building a stable, trustworthy foundation.
4. Our Sustainability Model
We are an independent project, not a hyper-growth startup pressured by venture capital to monetize every pixel. Our infrastructure is designed to be lean, efficient, and low-cost to maintain.
In the future, we may introduce opt-in, highly specialized premium integrations or advanced AI data processing tools intended for massive enterprises. However, these will strictly be additive. The core execution engine will never be degraded or paywalled.
