Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Axiean: who can use it, what you and we may do with what you post, and what happens when something goes wrong.

In effect since
Operated by
Vahid AslaniKayseri, Türkiye
  • You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Browsing doesn’t need one.
  • What you post stays yours. You let Axiean show it, on the site and, credited to you, in its own channels.
  • Projects must have been built with meaningful help from AI, and must follow the Community Guidelines.
  • Moderators can remove content and restrict or suspend accounts that break the rules, and they tell you why.
  • Axiean is free and provided as it is. Your rights as a consumer stay intact.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

A summary to help you read what follows. The full text below is what applies.

Sections19

01These Terms

Axiean (axiean.com) is a place to discover and launch products built with the help of AI, and to follow the people who make them. It is operated by Vahid Aslani, an individual based in Kayseri, Türkiye (“Axiean”, “we”, “us”).

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and us. They apply whenever you use Axiean, with or without an account. The Community Guidelines are part of them. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

By creating an account, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use Axiean.

02Who can use Axiean

Anyone can browse Axiean. To create an account, you must:

  • be at least 16 years old. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you;
  • be allowed to use Axiean under the laws that apply to you;
  • not have had an account suspended by us, unless we have told you that you may come back.

If you use Axiean for an organization, such as a company or a team, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it, and these Terms bind the organization as well as you.

03Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address current: it’s how we reach you about your account.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, unless it happened because of a failure on our side. If you think someone else has access to it, change your password and tell us at hello@axiean.com.

An account is for one person. Don’t create accounts in bulk or with automated tools, don’t share an account, and don’t use extra accounts to get around a restriction, a suspension or a limit.

Your username is your public address (axiean.com/@username). It must not impersonate anyone or infringe someone else’s name or trademark. We may change a username that does, and tell you why. When you change your username, your old one stays reserved for a while so that links to your profile keep working.

04Organizations

You can create organizations and invite other people to them. Whoever creates an organization confirms that they may represent it under its name. The owner is responsible for the organization, its members and its settings, and can hand ownership to another member.

Projects can belong to an organization. Its members can then work on them according to their roles, and what they post on its behalf is covered by these Terms.

05Your content and the licence you give us

“Your content” is what you add to Axiean: your profile, projects and their descriptions, build log entries, comments, and anything else you post. It stays yours. We don’t claim ownership of it.

So that we can run Axiean, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, adapt (for example, shorten into an excerpt, resize or lay out for a page, feed or social card), publish, display and distribute your content, for operating, improving and promoting Axiean. This includes showing your public projects and build log entries, credited to you, in Axiean’s own channels, such as its social media accounts, newsletter and blog. If you’d rather we didn’t feature your work outside the site, write to hello@axiean.com and we’ll stop. Our service providers may handle your content only to help us run Axiean.

The licence ends when your content is deleted, except for:

  • copies we must keep for a while for legal or safety reasons, as the Privacy Policy describes;
  • copies in backups, until they are replaced;
  • what other people have already shared or quoted.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you post, including anything you made with AI tools, and that posting it breaks no law and no one else’s rights. You are responsible for what you post.

06What’s public

Axiean is a public showcase. Your profile, published projects, build log entries on them, comments, and the lists of people you follow and who follow you can be seen by anyone, and are open to search engines and AI crawlers, which may index, quote or summarize them under their own policies. Drafts stay visible only to you, or to your organization.

What you save is private. The Privacy Policy lists what others can see.

07Using Axiean fairly

Follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, don’t:

  • break the law, or help someone else break it;
  • post content that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • upload or link to malware, or try to get into accounts, data or systems that aren’t yours;
  • manipulate votes, rankings or other signals, or try to get around our limits;
  • send spam, or create accounts or content with automated tools;
  • interfere with Axiean, or put unreasonable load on it.

You may read public pages with automated tools if they respect our robots.txt file and our rate limits. Don’t collect personal data from Axiean to contact, profile or target people. Axiean has no public API yet; its programming interface serves the site only.

If you find a security problem, please tell us at hello@axiean.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before you share it. Don’t access other people’s data or degrade the service while you look into it.

08Votes, rankings and features

Each account can give each project one vote. Rankings, feeds and other features follow rules we set and may change, for example to counter manipulation. We may discount or discard votes we judge to be manipulated. No one is entitled to a particular position, or to appear in a particular list.

Placement on Axiean isn’t for sale. If we ever offer paid placement, it will be clearly labelled as such.

09Moderation and enforcement

Moderation on Axiean is done by people. We may act on reports or on our own initiative, if we believe something breaks these Terms, the Community Guidelines or the law. We may:

  • remove content, or restore it;
  • discard votes;
  • restrict an account, which can still sign in and read but can’t post, vote, publish or follow;
  • suspend an account, for a period or until we lift it;
  • end an account, for serious or repeated breaches.

We tell the person affected what we did and which rule it concerns, in a notification on Axiean, unless the law forbids it or telling them would put someone at risk. If you disagree with a decision, write to hello@axiean.com within six months, and someone will look at it again and tell you the result. If you are in the European Union, you can also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body, or to a court.

We aren’t obliged to review everything posted on Axiean, and we may keep a record of moderation decisions even after the content or the account is gone.

10Reporting illegal content and infringement

Signed-in users can report projects, build log entries and comments with the Report button. Anyone, with or without an account, can also tell us about content they believe is illegal or infringes their rights, such as copyright or a trademark, by writing to hello@axiean.com. Please include:

  • the address of the content;
  • why you believe it is illegal or infringes your rights, and, for an infringement, what work or right is concerned;
  • your name and email address;
  • a statement that, in good faith, the information you give is accurate and complete.

We review notices without undue delay, take the action they justify, and tell you what we decided. We end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

11Axiean’s own work

Axiean’s name, logo, design and software belong to us and are protected by law. These Terms don’t give you any right to them, except to use Axiean as intended. You may mention and link to Axiean, but don’t use its name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or partner with you, unless we have agreed.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.

12Products and links from others

Projects on Axiean are made by their makers, not by us. Makers describe their own work, and the AI tools and technologies they declare are self-reported: we haven’t verified them unless a page says otherwise. Listing a project isn’t an endorsement.

Links take you to sites and products run by others, under their own terms and policies. We aren’t responsible for them. Use your judgment before you try a product, share data with it or pay for it.

13Leaving, and ending accounts

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, under Delete account. Your profile disappears and you are signed out everywhere at once. Thirty days later, the account and the content tied to it are deleted for good, as the Privacy Policy describes. If you own an organization that has other members, you first need to hand its ownership to one of them.

We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if it’s needed to protect people or Axiean. Unless that would be unlawful or unsafe, we tell you why.

The sections on your content, Axiean’s own work, what we can promise, liability, law and disputes, and the general terms continue to apply after an account ends.

14What we can promise

Axiean is free, and it is young. We work to keep it available, safe and accurate, but we provide it as it is and as available. We can’t promise that it will always be online, free of errors, or right about what others post.

We may change, add or remove features. When a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you in good time where we reasonably can. If we ever close Axiean, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance, so you can save what you need.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live that can’t be waived by agreement.

15Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or harm to reputation, or for content and products made by others.

Because Axiean is free, our total liability to you for all claims connected with Axiean is limited, to the extent the law allows, to 100 euros.

These limits don’t apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to any other liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

If you use Axiean for a business or an organization, you will compensate us for reasonable costs, including legal costs, arising from claims by others caused by your content or by your breach of these Terms.

16Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Kayseri have jurisdiction over disputes about them.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts or consumer bodies there where those laws allow.

Before going to court, please write to hello@axiean.com. Most problems are solved faster that way.

17Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Axiean grows or the law changes. When a change matters, we will tell you at least 14 days before it takes effect, by email or with a notice on Axiean. Corrections, and changes the law requires, may take effect sooner.

If you keep using Axiean after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you don’t accept them, you can delete your account before then. The date at the top of this page is when this version took effect, and each account records the version in force when it was created.

18General

These Terms, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Axiean. If a court finds part of them invalid, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up.

You can’t transfer your account or these Terms to someone else. We may transfer them to whoever takes over running Axiean, such as a company set up to operate it, after telling you, and without reducing your rights.

These Terms are published in English and Spanish. If the two versions differ, the English one prevails, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
