Projects: drafts, a checklist and an honest AI stack

The heart of Axiean: projects. A project starts as a draft with just a name. The editor shows a checklist of what publishing needs (a tagline, a description, a category and at least one AI tool), and the server checks exactly the same list, so the two can never disagree. AI tools and technologies come from catalogs, so Claude Code is one entry rather than five spellings of it. Makers can suggest what the catalogs are missing. Declared AI use is marked as self-reported on every page. Once a project is published, its address is fixed and its launch date never changes, however often it's edited afterwards. Every edit is kept in its history.
