AI Executive Briefing

The Executive Briefing is protected by strict role-based access control. Only users with the Owner or Admin role can view the dashboard. If a team member with a lower role tries to access it, they see a 'restricted' notice. This ensures that blunt, unbiased strategic assessments remain confidential to the leadership team.

Weekly Reports are operational — they summarize what happened during a specific timeframe (check-ins, KPI updates, stagnant goals) and are available to all team members. The Executive Briefing is strategic — it synthesizes the organization's overall state into Key Wins, Critical Risks, Strategic Trends, and explicit Leadership Actions. It's designed for the C-suite and answers 'what should we care about today?' rather than 'what happened last week?'

Key Wins are major victories identified by the AI. Unlike simple progress lists, each win includes three elements: a title (the strategic achievement), context (what happened and why), and an impact statement (what this means for the business). For example, a Key Win might be titled 'Product–Market Fit Accelerating' with context about three KRs advancing and an impact statement about reduced time-to-close.

Critical Risks are severe blockers or failing initiatives that the AI identifies from the data. Each risk includes a title, context explaining why it's dangerous, and a specific Recommended Action — a concrete step leadership should take immediately. The AI detects these by analyzing stagnant goals, declining KPI trajectories, and cross-department execution gaps.

When generating a briefing, Axiean creates a SHA-256 hash of the data context used. This hash is saved alongside the briefing, creating a cryptographic audit trail. It ensures the system knows exactly what data produced which insights — critical for governance, compliance, and debugging if an AI conclusion seems incorrect.

The Executive Briefing's AI is fed real-time, organization-specific data: all active OKRs, KPI trajectories, cross-department metrics, and execution velocity.
