AI Strategy Advisor

The Strategy Advisor doesn't operate in a vacuum. It automatically fetches your organization's active OKRs (scored by relevance to your question), KPI health statuses, overall execution velocity (weighted progress across all objectives), and your organization's profile including industry, size, and description. Only the most relevant data points are sent to the AI — up to 10 OKRs and 10 KPIs — ensuring the advice is both targeted and cost-efficient.

The 'Do Not Do' list is one of the most distinctive sections. Rather than only recommending actions, the AI explicitly tells leadership which initiatives or directions to avoid right now. This is invaluable for preventing resource waste — for example, it might advise against launching a new market expansion when your current retention metrics show critical gaps.

Weekly Reports are backward-looking operational summaries — they synthesize what happened last week (check-ins, KPI changes, stagnant goals). The Strategy Advisor is forward-looking and question-driven — you ask it a strategic question and it uses your current data to generate actionable recommendations, gap analysis, and strategic direction. Think of Reports as 'what happened' and Strategy as 'what should we do next.'

Yes. Every generated assessment is permanently saved to your organization's history database with a timestamp. You can toggle to the History view on the Strategy dashboard to browse previous assessments, allowing your team to track strategic pivots over time and review the advice that guided past decisions.

The AI provides a confidence rating (0.0 to 1.0) on its own assessment. A higher score means the AI had sufficient data and context to make strong recommendations. A lower score indicates limited data or ambiguous context — signaling that leadership should weigh the advice more cautiously and potentially provide more specific questions.

Yes. When you specify a department context, the AI tailors its recommendations specifically to that team's scope. The department name is injected into the prompt alongside the organization's broader context, so the AI can differentiate between, for example, an Engineering team's execution challenges and a Sales team's pipeline concerns.

Axiean uses a relevancy-filtering algorithm. It extracts keywords from your question and department context, then scores every existing OKR against those keywords. Only the top 10 most relevant OKRs and top 10 KPIs (with their health status) are included. The organization description is also trimmed to 300 characters. This compression keeps AI costs low while maintaining analytical depth.
