1. Introduction

Welcome to Axiean. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our strategic execution platform. Axiean is provided as a software platform designed to help organizations align and execute their goals.

Important Notice: Axiean is proprietary software. It is not open-source. Access is provided under paid subscription plans and a limited 1-month demo. The underlying code, architecture, and design system remain the exclusive property of Axiean.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access the platform, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Axiean only for its intended purpose of organizational goal tracking and execution. You strictly agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or offer the platform as a commercial service to third parties.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the platform.
• Use the platform for any illegal, abusive, or malicious activities.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform—including its software, design, branding, features, and functionality—are and will remain the exclusive property of Axiean. Demo and paid usage of the platform does not transfer any ownership rights or intellectual property rights to you.

You retain all rights to the data, goals, and content you input into the platform. You grant Axiean a license to host, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on your subscription. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If your payment method fails or your account becomes past due, we may suspend or downgrade your access until payment is resolved.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Axiean highly available and performant. However, the platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. We may occasionally suspend access for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure upgrades.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiean and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice. By continuing to access or use the platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
